- Zudlik bilan akkreditatsiyalangan test muassasasi bilan bog‘lanib, ustivor sinovni tashkil qildi.
- Toʻliq va toʻgʻri sinov maʼlumotlarini qoʻllab-quvvatlash uchun barcha dastlabki ishlab chiqarish maʼlumotlarini bir kechada - eritish yozuvlari, prokat parametrlari va dastlabki tekshirish hisobotlari - jamlangan.
- 48 soat ichida ariza topshirishdan hisobot berishgacha bo'lgan to'liq jarayonni yakunlash uchun onlayn ko'rib chiqish va oflayn tezlashtirilgan sertifikatlash birlashtirildi.

Materialning ishlashi
Yetkazib berilgan S355JR yuqori{1}}bardoshli konstruktiv po‘lat mijozning talablariga javob berdi va ulardan oshib ketdi:
- 470 MPa va 630 MPa orasida barqaror tortishish kuchi.
- 19% cho'zilish, mijozning 18% minimal talabidan yuqori.
- ± 0,5 mm ichida CNC kesishdan keyin o'lchovli bardoshlik, nozik uskunani o'rnatish uchun mos keladi.
- Platformaning tekisligi: o'rnatishdan keyin 0,3 mm dan oshmaydigan gorizontal xatolik, mijozning qabul qilish standartiga javob beradi.
Ushbu hamkorlikdan so‘ng mijoz GNEE Steel’ni uzoq muddatli yetkazib beruvchilar ro‘yxatiga-qo‘shdi va kompaniyani Singapur Precision Engineering and Tooling Association (SPETA) a’zo korxonalariga tavsiya qilib, Janubi-Sharqiy Osiyo nozik sanoat bozoriga-yo‘l ochdi.
S355JR darajasi ma'lumotlari
S355JR EN 10025-2 boʻyicha issiq{1}}prokatlangan konstruktiv poʻlat boʻlib, minimal oqish quvvati 355 MPa va choʻzilish kuchi 470–630 MPa. "JR" belgisi +20 darajada kamida 27 J Charpy V-notch zarba energiyasini kafolatlaydi. Baho odatda quyidagi bilan almashtiriladi:
