S960QLo'ziga xos mexanik xususiyatlarni talabchan muhandislik ilovalari uchun muhim mustahkamlik bilan birlashtirib, so'ndirilgan va chidamli yuqori{0}}konstruktiv po'latning cho'qqisini ifodalaydi.

 

EN 10025-6 Evropa standarti bo'yicha yuqori darajadagi bu ilg'or qotishma po'latdir og'irlikni kamaytirish va strukturaning yaxlitligi birinchi o'rinda turadigan misli ko'rilmagan ishlashni ta'minlaydi.

S960QL Steel Plate

S960QL - bu termomexanik prokatlangan, söndürülmüş va qattiqlashtirilgan konstruktiv po'lat bo'lib, kafolatlangan minimal oqish quvvati 960 MPa. Belgilanish quyidagicha taqsimlanadi:

  • S: Konstruktiv po'lat
  • 960: MPa da minimal oqish kuchi (taxminan 139 ksi)
  • Q: O'chirilgan holat
  • L: Past harorat ta'siriga chidamlilik talabi (-60 daraja / -76 daraja F da belgilangan)

Ushbu ilg'or yuqori{0}}kuchli past-qotishma (HSLA) po'lat kimyoviy tarkibini aniq nazorat qilish va maxsus issiqlik bilan ishlov berish jarayonlari orqali o'zining ajoyib xususiyatlariga erishadi.
